Registration Methods
Refunds / Transfer of Entry / Changing Events
No refunds will be permitted.
Prior to May 10, 2024, a participant may request to have their entry rolled into the 2025 event for a $25.00 transfer fee. E-mail your request to [email protected]. After May 24, requests will not be taken.
Transfer of entry will not be allowed.
Participants who allow this practice or wear another entrant’s bib will not be allowed to enter in future events. This practice can invalidate finish/race results, and it is imperative that the proper bib number is worn by all participants for identification purposes in the event of an emergency.
Participants may move down to another event distance prior to May 24, 2024.
No race day switches will be allowed. The difference in registration fee cannot be refunded. E-mail your request to [email protected] prior to May 26, 2023 or participants can do this at check-in on Friday night.
